1. You will be required to WEAR a MASK or FACE COVERING BEFORE ENTERING

2. You will be required to complete a HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE & COVID-19 LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

3. You will be required to apply HAND-SANITIZER BEFORE ENTERING

4. You will be required to have your TEMPERATURE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL

5. Please WAIT in CAR for your appointment to be called/texted & limit bringing any EXTRA PERSONAL

ITEMS into the building

Appointment Booking Policy

A valid credit card must be provided to our scheduler (at time of phone call) to reserve your appointment (This does not apply to our 24-hour online self-booking software). You will be charged an appointment reservation fee of $25. If you must cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required via phone call to refund any charges to your credit card. Please note that there is NO REFUND for the $25 couples’ massage reservation fee. However, you may transfer that deposit to another appointment scheduling.

Regular Cancellation/Emergency Cancellation

For non-prepaid appointments, A 24-hour notice is required for canceling regardless of emergency or nonemergency. Once we receive confirmation of cancellation, you may reschedule your massage appointment. For No-show clients, Payment is due for your missed appointment before you can book a new massage appointment.

Prepaid Cancellation

You will be charged in full for PREPAYMENT appointments placed via debit/credit card/gift certificate/cash/check. Prepayment for massage is Non-Refundable, however, you may reschedule with 24-hour notice.

Sickness

If you are SICK, please STAY HOME. Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness (Ex: COVID-19). Please cancel your massage appointment as soon as you are aware of symptoms. Prepayment charges will not be waived, however, you may re-schedule if it is within the 24-hour notice period.
